Effective Execution of Organizational Strategy, formerly titled Making Strategy Work, focuses on the most important factors in implementation, including leadership, culture, organizational design, capabilities, & incentives. Participants explored those factors as they're applied at every level, from individual to organization. They learned to develop an actionable plan for executing a specific strategy and gained a new set of tools for overcoming even their most challenging execution obstacles.
