This three-day leadership development program designed for BBVA’s Corporate Investment Banking managers is intended to enhance leadership and strategic capabilities in a global context. Wharton faculty-led sessions will equip managers with tools to develop and execute effective global strategies aligned with BBVA's cultural values. Participants will also develop the skills to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling them to identify new opportunities. They will learn how to optimize team performance and enhance leadership and communication to strengthen team dynamics and achieve organizational goals. Finally, they will explore the principles of influence and persuasion, gaining critical insights to maximize impact and foster collaboration across diverse teams and markets.
